Qasber Technologies LLP provides contactless event registration in India: QR code check-in, face recognition check-in, on-demand badge printing, self-registration kiosks and live organizer dashboards. We supply the software, the hardware and the on-site team that runs your registration desk.

Qasber is based in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, and deploys registration teams across India, including Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad and Visakhapatnam. Hardware, software and operations staff travel with the deployment.

We run registration for corporate events, conferences, exhibitions and large-scale gatherings. Past deployments include the HYSEA Annual Summit, the Food Affair exhibition, QE Conclave, a MetLife hiring event and a Malabar Gold & Diamonds family event.

Yes. The demo page lets you generate a QR pass, preview face check-in, design a badge and build a registration form, then watch check-ins update a live dashboard.

Every registered attendee receives a unique QR pass. At the event, the desk scanner reads the pass, verifies it in about 1.5 seconds and the arrival appears instantly on the organizer dashboard.

Attendees enroll their face when they register. On the event day they simply look at the camera at the registration counter, and the system matches them in under a second for hands-free entry.

No. Face verification is computed client-side using mathematical vector embeddings. Raw images and biometric signatures are never transmitted to or stored on remote servers.

Qasber uses an offline-first architecture with local matching databases at the desks. Scan records are cached locally and synchronize automatically once connectivity returns, so check-ins never stop.

A self-registration kiosk lets attendees search for their own registration and print their badge without queuing at a staffed desk. Kiosks work well for walk-ins and high-volume entry at exhibitions.

Yes. With the digital badge welcome experience, an attendee scans their badge and their name appears instantly on a large LED display, creating a personalized arrival moment.

Badges print on demand in about 2 seconds after an attendee is verified. Thermal printers at each desk output the badge while the attendee is still at the counter.

Qasber integrates with industry-standard thermal printers including Brother, Zebra and Epson. Handheld printers are available for mobile desks anywhere in the venue.

Badges can use a preset design or your uploaded template, with the attendee's name, designation, company, QR code, photo and attendee type such as VIP, speaker or guest. Attendee types can be colour coded.

Setup usually takes 2–4 hours depending on the scale of the event. Qasber handles technical deployment, hardware provisioning and on-site operational support.

Yes. REST APIs and webhooks synchronize registration feeds, check-in statuses and analytics data with your CRM and marketing automation tools.

Yes. Upload a CSV registration list or connect a real-time API feed, and attendees are synchronized to every desk device before the event starts.

Yes. We build custom-branded event registration websites on your own domain with SSL, an interactive agenda and speakers section, and automated QR ticket delivery. They are designed to handle sudden ticket-launch spikes.

Yes. Qasber integrates Razorpay, Stripe and PayU into the registration flow, with automated GST invoice delivery, refunds and coupon codes.

Qasber pricing starts from ₹25,000 for the Launch tier (QR check-in and a basic dashboard for up to 500 attendees) and ₹65,000 for the Conference tier (QR, badge printing and a multi-desk dashboard for up to 2,000 attendees). Enterprise expos with multiple lanes and face check-in are priced on request.

Badge printer and material costs depend on the event format and badge volume, so they are quoted with your event plan.

Face check-in is usually added to Conference or Enterprise setups and is included in the quote for those events.

Yes. The Launch tier is designed for smaller corporate events of up to 500 attendees.

Open the Form builder on the demo page, drag in the fields you need and click Preview Form. Choose a theme, then Apply Theme to open the publish settings, enter your event details and publish.

Each form gets its own event subdomain: attendees register at https://[event-name].qasber.com and organizers see responses at https://[event-name].qasber.com/dashboard.

A published form accepts registrations until the end of the day after the event date (11:59:59 PM in the event's time zone). After that it shows a Form Expired notice and blocks new submissions.
