What is on-site badge printing?
On-site badge printing means each attendee's badge is printed at the registration desk the moment they check in, instead of being pre-printed. Qasber prints badges in about 2 seconds on Brother, Zebra and Epson thermal printers, using live attendee data, QR codes, company fields, attendee types and optional photos, so walk-ins get badges too.
How fast is on-site badge printing?
Thermal printers output a badge within about 2 seconds of verification. Handheld printers let mobile desks print anywhere in the venue, so peak arrival windows don't build queues.
What can we print on an event badge?
Use the standard Qasber layout or upload your own background design, then place attendee data on top. The live demo lets you build a badge and export it as PNG or PDF.
